CellCounter is a client-side JavaScript application that executes locally within the user's browser. No patient-identifiable data or clinical inputs are stored on, or transmitted to, any remote server. CellCounter is a counting aid only; it does not provide medical diagnostic advice, clinical interpretations, or professional opinions. Use of this tool constitutes an explicit agreement to the Terms of Service provided below.
Your access or use of this website or service in any way signifies that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms.

The CellCounter parties shall not be responsible or liable whatsoever in any manner for any content posted on the websites or services including claims of infringement relating to content posted on the websites or services, for your use of the websites and services, or for the conduct of third parties whether on the websites, in connection with the services or otherwise relating to the websites or services.
Cell Counting Data: CellCounter does not collect, store, or transmit any data entered into the counting tools. All calculations are performed locally in your browser.
Feedback Form: If you choose to use our feedback form, we collect the name and email address you provide solely to respond to your suggestions. This data is managed through Netlify and is never sold or shared with third parties.
We may modify these terms to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to CellCounter. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new CellCounter functionality or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue your use of CellCounter.
These terms control the relationship between CellCounter and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
